Everyday presents both new opportunities and challenges. As such, we need to constantly refresh ourselves with a good night's sleep as well as renew our mind by refreshing our thoughts and rehearse on that which is true, noble, just, pure, lovely and of good report. At Daily Refreshing, we would add: "Early To Bed & Rise", "Forgive Yourself" and "Forgive Others"; subtract "Try Everything Once"; and aim for "Be Consistent" rather than "Break The Rules Once In A While".
